Large Office Building Suffers Water Damage

This is a brand new office building in downtown Rochester, NY. A pipe burst and was not noticed until the following day, which means the water was running for many hours. SERVPRO of NW Monroe County assisted the office in mitigation by performing multiple passes of water extraction to ensure that all of the water was out. SERVPRO of NW Monroe County then had to remove baseboard, trim and affected dry wall to get into the wet insulation which also needed to be removed. All of the carpeting throughout the building was removed followed by cleaning and sanitation of all flooring.
