Sometimes, you run into a problem so big that it's more of a hassle to repair it that it is to start from scratch. In this instance, SERVPRO of NW Monroe County responded to a mold remediation call where the home owner found mold in their crawl-space which was located below the kitchen. After some investigation we found that the mold has grown through the crawl-space and under the kitchen floor and into the kitchen appliances. So, the kitchen had to be gutted and completely re-done. SERVPRO of NW Monroe County offered to take on the kitchen remodel in addition to the mold cleanup and made it "Like it never even happened."
