Sump Pump Failure Before/After

This flooded basement in Rochester, NY was the result of a sump pump failure. When a sump pump fails the water from the outside fills up the basement. The after picture was taken after we pumped out all the water and left the basement to dry for a few days, using fans and dehumidifiers we tested for moisture and got the all-clear. The customers were glad they caught the problem before it got too out of control and called SERVPRO as soon as it happened. The equipment was left to run for a few days and before they knew it, it was "Like it never even happened."
